RETREAT OVERVIEW Held beneath September’s waning moon, as the air begins to cool and the forest edges toward autumn, this retreat offers a sacred pause. It is for the woman who has been carrying much, tending much, and is ready to exhale — to release what no longer serves and root herself gently before the next season begins. This weekend offers the perfect opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you—and gently call back the parts of you that have been waiting to return. At our exclusive lakefront retreat, you'll find space to breathe deeply, rest fully, and connect with both yourself and other incredible women. Through gentle yin yoga, transformative breathwork, immersive sound baths, and reflective solo moments, you’ll peel back the layers of stress and rediscover your inner stillness. But it’s more than just peace you’ll find—it’s connection, growth, and clarity. Around the fire, stories are shared. On the trail, nature heals. In quiet moments, clarity comes. And with every shared meal, nourishing both body and spirit, you’ll feel part of something bigger. This is your invitation to… Reconnect with the woman you are beneath the daily hustle. Restore your body, mind, and spirit in nature’s embrace. Renew your sense of purpose and possibility. Spaces are extremely limited to preserve intimacy and depth of experience. Pre-sale begins next week, and spots are expected to go quickly. As nature begins to quiet, ask yourself: Do you feel like you're running on autopilot—managing everything, yet missing the feeling of truly living? Have you been craving quiet moments to breathe, reflect, and simply be without the constant noise of daily demands? Are you yearning for a deeper connection with yourself, one that goes beyond surface-level obligations? Do you sometimes feel disconnected from the woman you once were—the one who felt inspired, alive, and in touch with her purpose? Have you been longing for a safe space where you can let go, recharge, and feel held by nature and community?

Overview A sanctuary of sound, stillness, and belonging The monthly pause your nervous system has been waiting for. In a world that constantly asks you to do more, be more, and move faster, we invite you to do the opposite. Once a month, we open a gentle space for women to exhale, soften, and simply be. This isn't just an event; it’s a sanctuary. Whether you’re coming off a hectic week or just seeking a moment of quiet, you are welcome exactly as you are. Imagine Your Morning... Picture walking into a room that feels like a warm hug. No expectations, no small talk pressure, just a soft place to land. Soothing Sound Baths: Let the resonance carry you into a state of deep, restorative calm. Gentle Grounding: Each month features breathwork and meditation designed to center your spirit. Quiet Nourishment: Sip on herbal teas and enjoy snacks curated to nourish from the inside out. Authentic Connection: Meet a community of women in a relaxed, low-key environment where conversation feels easy and natural. "This is for the woman who didn't realize she was holding her breath." Come as you are. We mean it. This is a "fuzzy socks and elastic waistbands" kind of space. There is no "right" way to show up here, only your way. Find your rhythm. Whether you find connection in the stillness of a sound bath or over a warm cup of tea, you’ll find that community here is built as much in the quiet moments as it is in the laughter. Leave nourished. Our goal is that you walk back into your weekend feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply grounded.
